The Customer Support Engineer assigned to your call will have the knowledge, test equipment and spare parts necessary to effect a speedy solution to your problem. Further to this we have arranged for critical spare parts and equipment to be held at our main stores, backing up the inventory carried by our Customer Support Engineers. Supporting the Customer Support Engineers are the Technical Support Department and workshop, Technical Product Specialists and Senior Engineers. This team provides the Engineer with technical consultation and advice, whenever required.
