To provide customers with enhanced support, Medilink Services have expanded their skillset with the establishment of the ICT division. The division offers comprehensive ICT services adopting advanced technologies that can meet customer needs from various aspects.

The division works with a wide range of industries; from Pharmaceutical and Blood Banking to Biotech and Hospitals. The ICT team is diverse and dynamic with many years of experience in many areas working with major clients within the healthcare market such as the Health Service Executive in Ireland (HSE) and Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI).

ICT Training

Our team of qualified Trainers deliver clinical training and education in the use of medical devices, clinical & lab information systems across public and private healthcare services.

We believe education is the key to offering a high standard and quality of training to all healthcare professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Anaesthetists, Phlebotomists, Lab Scientists and Haemovigilance Officers. We have successfully trained over 40,000 staff as part of a National HSE Electronic Blood Tracking project. Patient care is paramount to us. We endeavour to deliver a training schedule that is tailored to both meet patient care and healthcare professional requirements. We strive to support excellent clinical practice at all times which is shown in our award for ‘Best Improvement in Patient Safety’ at the IMSTA MedTech Awards.

Many of the projects we have undertaken due to their nature have required a high degree of specialised handling and careful assembly. This has given us hands on experience with the special considerations needed for precision work, as a result of this we can offer our skills to help with the installation, integration and commissioning of medical, scientific and industrial equipment.
