James is a graduate of UCC with a Masters in Business and a degree in Agricultural Science from UCD. James joined the Pharmed Group in 2015 as a Business Unit Director for Accuscience in Ireland and Neurotechnics in the UK. In 2017, James progressed to General Manager of Accuscience and Medilink Services in Northern Ireland.
James has a wealth of knowledge cultivated across a variety of sales and distribution businesses over the last 15 years. James’s experience spans across many market sectors including Clinical, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Academic, and Government Funded Research.
He is currently responsible for the strategic direction, sales, profitability, budgeting, leadership, and development of the Accuscience and Medilink company’s across Ireland.
Stephen joined Accuscience and Medilink in 2021 as our Service Director, he is a graduate of Dublin Business School. Stephen has extensive experience in managing technical service and after-sales operations for industry-leading organisations across many sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Government, and Manufacturing.
Stephen is responsible for managing the Service, ICT and Calibration functions within the Accuscience and Medilink businesses. His wealth of knowledge in contract management coupled with his vastly experienced and dedicated technical team ensures that Accuscience and Medilink are positioned to deliver premium services to all our customers across all sectors.
John is a qualified Biomedical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in medical equipment sales, training, maintenance and support of medical equipment. John has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Cardiac Resuscitation Defibrillators and Associated Devices. As Resuscitation Manager, John maintains close working relationships with our customers and the worldwide healthcare manufacturers which Medilink represent in Ireland to ensure the highest standards of service is delivered to exceed customer expectations.
Séamus is a graduate of Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology Carlow, with over 8 years’ experience in the medical devices industry in Ireland. Prior to that Séamus worked in the Electronic Industry in Equipment, Process and Service Engineering for over 20 years. In his role as Territory Manager for Resuscitation Division, he serves as the vital link between our suppliers and customers, ensuring that all of our devices and systems are specified, implemented and supported to fully meet all current and future clinical requirements. Seamus works closely with Community, Commercial, Industry, Hospital and Emergency Services on our resuscitation product range.
Mark is a MEng graduate of Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Queens University Belfast with over 18 years experience in the medical devices industry in Ireland. Mark leads our Critical Care Division and serves as the vital link between our suppliers and customers to ensure that all of our devices and systems are specified, implemented and supported to fully meet all current and future clinical requirements.
